    Our CIENT is looking for Senior Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This is a highly experienced, critical technical role requiring significant breadth of knowledge across infrastructure, security, data integration, and automation domains. This position is responsible for managing the organization's technology stack, from physical hardware and our private cloud environment to logical security and complex data flow. The successful candidate must possess deep expertise in server, storage, network, security, and cloud technologies, coupled with strong programming and database skills.<\/span><\/span>

    Hardware and Infrastructure Management (Physical Layer)

    Manage and maintain core physical assets, including HPE Proliant servers, HPE StorageWorks storage arrays, and HP Procurve/Aruba network switches<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    Oversee the capacity and operations of our private cloud systems, ensuring performance and availability<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Establish and oversee desktop security and deployment standards, including management of hardware refresh cycles<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    Logical Systems and Security Configuration<\/span>

    Design, implement, and maintain the logical server and virtualization environment, utilizing Hyper -V across Windows and Linux operating systems<\/span>

    Maintain expert -level proficiency in Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration<\/span>

    Manage core security architecture, specifically configuring tiered networks with multiple firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA) and ensuring compliance with Federal regulations (PCI, Sarbanes -Oxley, HIPAA)<\/span>

    Administer cloud -based CDN and web application security platforms.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Administer network logic, including VLANs, access control lists (ACLs), and protocols like MACsec<\/span>

    Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex system and application issues<\/span>

    Data Integration, Database, and Automation<\/span><\/span>

    Architect and maintain critical data integration pipelines between Salesforce CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

    Serve as the primary administrator for multiple MSSQL Server instances, handling performance tuning, security, and advanced T -SQL development<\/span>

    Develop, maintain, and secure automation scripts using PowerShell and VBScript to streamline system administration and data integration processes<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    Implement and enforce system and network change management using a systematic, secure, and documented process<\/span>

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent demonstrated practical experience<\/span>

    10+ years of progressive, hands -on experience in Systems Administration, reflecting deep senior -level experience in managing a broad technology portfolio<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Expert -level proficiency in Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Hyper -V<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Expert -level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server administration and T -SQL development
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Mandatory hands -on experience implementing and maintaining compliance with applicable federal guidelines<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Experience managing and securing private/hybrid cloud environments and CDN/web application security<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    
    <\/div>

    Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell and VBScript for systems automation<\/span>

    Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture for integration purposes.<\/span>
