• 12 months contract – 2x12 months Extension options!

Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer – TSPV Cleared for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is an initial 12 months contract with 2x12 months further options to extend based on funding and approval.

About the Role:

A high-performing Federal Government agency is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of complex ICT capabilities across a range of technical programs. Working under limited direction, you will manage project administration, procurement, finance, asset documentation, and stakeholder engagement in a secure and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of ICT projects from concept to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage procurement submissions and contract administration in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines
• Oversee project finances, including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping
• Coordinate asset management activities, including rollouts and reviews
• Provide secretariat support for project meetings and forums
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word (templates), Excel (financial tracking), PowerPoint (executive briefings), Project (schedule analysis)
• Experience in ICT project delivery within Government environments
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management
• Familiarity with Government financial and asset management systems
• Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement and finance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Submission Requirements:

Duration: 12 months contract with excellent extensions

Clearance: Australian Citizens with TSPV (Mandatory)
