Description

The Senior Medical Staff Coordinator is responsible for collaborating, facilitating, and maintaining key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for all Providence Montana facilities through varied administrative and supportive tasks. Responsibilities of this role are to effectively communicate with practitioners, administrators, and physician leaders throughout the region. This includes responding to general questions, identifying and resolving issues, researching and resolving inquiries from stakeholders.  They must stay abreast of current medical/professional staff policies and ongoing projects.  Proficiently coordinate all aspects of medical staff meetings, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, established policies and procedure, accreditation standards and regulatory agencies.  This position serves as resource to meeting Chairs, committee members and other parties in meeting-related matters.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of recent experience in an office, hospital, or medical staff/credentialing setting that included meeting coordination.
  • 3 years experienced in Microsoft computer applications to include: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working with Senior Level or Executive Management.
