Your IT Recruiter is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician for our client.

The senior maintenance technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid systems in a manufacturing plant.

Support the Production department and others with maintenance needs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Facilitate equipment and line changeovers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Instruct production staff on basic equipment maintenance and operation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Manage the maintenance inventory and order parts as necessary.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Collaborate across teams to address maintenance challenges.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure maintenance strategies are cost -effective and minimize downtime.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Provide guidance and training to Maintenance Mechanics under management direction.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and LOTO practices.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
High School Diploma or equivalent required<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including experience with powder and liquid filling systems and utilities (Boilers, Air Compressors, Water Chillers, AC).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Knowledge in PLC<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Must have or be able to obtain a boiler engineer license; familiarity with boiler operation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and compliant with safety gear use.<\/span><\/span>
