Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

Scrum & Team Leadership<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead a high -performing Agile team<\/b> consisting of developers (including senior engineers) and QA analysts across regions
  <\/li>
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies<\/b> including daily stand -ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to drive continuous improvement
  <\/li>
• Provide technical leadership<\/b> on architecture, coding standards, and development best practices across the full stack
  <\/li>
• Conduct code reviews<\/b> to ensure security, performance, and maintainability
  <\/li>
• Act as a key liaison<\/b> between developers, QA, product stakeholders, and leadership—ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective delivery

  Hands -On Development<\/u><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend services with NET Core<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Build responsive, performant frontend using Reactjs<\/b> and modern UI patterns
    <\/li>
  • Design and evolve microservices architecture<\/b> for modular and maintainable systems
    <\/li>
  • Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure<\/b> and services
    <\/li>
  • Support DevOps workflows<\/b> and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency
    <\/li>
  • Research and experiment with AI LLMs<\/b> to introduce intelligent, innovative features into the product

    Leadership & Agile Experience<\/u><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer<\/b> in NET Core and React ecosystems
      <\/li>
    • Track record of leading Agile teams<\/b> and effectively facilitating Scrum ceremonies
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of Git workflows<\/b>, code review processes, and software quality practices
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines<\/b>, especially within Azure<\/b> environments
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to lead teams across different time zones and cultures<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Able to balance hands -on development<\/b> with leadership and delivery responsibilities
      <\/li><\/ul>

      • Experience working in distributed or remote teams<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Exposure to DevOps practices<\/b> and automation tooling
