Provides leadership and oversight to the Account Management group. Develops and executes sales plans / strategies to effectively bring DN products and services to market. Drives revenue generation and identifies and closes new opportunities within current customer accounts. Facilitates and leads customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial results. Utilizes knowledge of DN offerings and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions. Develops, nurtures and maintains customer relationships across a range of accounts to ensure their benefit from and optimization of DN products and services.
Responsibilities- Oversees Account Management activities across multiple countries or within an assigned area.
- Partners with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Drives and directs the largest teams or teams with the most complex and highly visible customers.
- Leverages relationships with senior-level customer decision-makers to upsell DN products and services into new and profitable areas.
- Provides customer, business and industry insight to resolve major situations with potentially significant service-level impact.
- Leverages all corporate resources, services and product offerings to increase share and maximize product/service effectiveness.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 12+ years of experience in Account Management.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Proven track record in leading a quota carrying Sales Team.
- Consultative sales experience at C Level.
- Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success as a Sales Manager.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels.
- Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Should reside in the Dallas or Houston Texas area
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Retail Store or Banking Branch procedures and the utilization of technology within the environment.
- General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services
