JOB TITLE: Senior Budget Analyst

POSITION LOCATION:  San Francisco, CA

ANTICIPATED START DATE: 2-6 weeks after contract award

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to The Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

SCOPE OF WORK

The Budget Analyst will provide technical services and expertise in support of DHS goals and mission as related to the scope of work below.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Federal Protective Services (FPS) financial and accounting operations (FFMS).
• Maintain financial spreadsheets, reconciliations, and billing analysis.
• Support SWA, FM151 reconciliation, spend plans.
• Conduct trend analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare security and financial documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Exhibit 1 updates for guard posts.
• Process travel documents and financial tracking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree within finance/accounting/quantitative methods.

Minimum Experience: 6 years of federal financial management experience.

Security Clearance: DHS Suitability (HSPD-12)

REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range:  $88,000–$105,000  annually.
