Purpose
of the Role<\/span><\/b>

are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to join our team
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating
automated test scripts to ensure the delivery of high -quality applications
You’ll lead initiatives to improve our QA automation framework, including
evaluating existing tools like Postman and recommending scalable solutions such
as Selenium or Cypress<\/span>

role involves not only hands -on testing but also guiding and enabling internal
teams through the implementation of a robust, long -term QA strategy<\/span>

Strategy & Framework<\/u><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Rapidly
review and assess existing QA landscape, tools, and processes to identify
areas for improvement including automation<\/span>
<\/li>- Select
and implement suitable automation tools if needed (eg, Selenium, Cypress)<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead
the design and implementation of a reusable testing framework with CI/CD
pipeline integration and automation if required<\/span>
<\/li>- Set
up new testing environments and reusable components to support scalable
test automation<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate
with cross -functional teams to improve testing frameworks and automation
coverage<\/span>
<\/li>- Support
a shift -left testing approach, embedding quality practices early in the
development lifecycle<\/span>

performance bench -marking and load testing suites<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify
and close test coverage gaps, address dependencies, and assess testing
risks<\/span>

comprehensive bug reports and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution<\/span>
<\/li>- Support
user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for quarterly software
releases<\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct
system integration testing and verify end -to -end workflows<\/span>
<\/li>- Assist
with data acquisition and processing for algorithm development<\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor
quality metrics, manage defects, and support Agile development workflows<\/span>

Criteria<\/span><\/b>

<\/p>- Demonstrated
experience in QA consulting or test automation strategy<\/span>
<\/li>- Practical
experience with API and UI automation tools (eg, Postman, Selenium,
Cypress)<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency
with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong
analytical and problem -solving skills with the ability to deliver tailored
solutions<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation
practices<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Desirable<\/u><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Experience
in cloud -based test automation and integration with Azure DevOps or
equivalent<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity
with Agile methodologies and working within consultancy or delivery teams<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong
stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate across
technical and business levels<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience
developing and maintaining test harnesses, frameworks, and automation
tools across UI, API, and database layers<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure
to agentic or self -healing automation tools<\/span>
<\/li>- Awareness
of broader testing needs beyond Agile ceremonies to support comprehensive
test strategies<\/span>

to monitor and report on test activity, coverage, and success
