planning, investments, and retirement solutions. The role involves developing
native Android applications using Kotlin or Java, with an emphasis on
performance, accessibility, and user experience.<\/span> <\/span><\/b> Key
Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b> Build
omni -channel user experiences and the underlying mobile platforms.<\/span> Develop
complete features from concept to deployment as part of an agile,
cross -functional team.<\/span> Contribute
ideas to enhance product quality and user experience.<\/span> Provide
technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.<\/span> Collaborate
closely with product, design, and QA teams.<\/span> <\/span><\/b> Required
Skills & Experience:<\/span><\/b> 6+ years
of professional Android development experience using Kotlin or Java.<\/span> Strong
understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.<\/span> Proficiency
with Android SDK, Android Studio, and native development tools.<\/span> Experience
with Jetpack Compose (highly preferred).<\/span> Expertise
in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.<\/span> Experience
with third -party libraries and RESTful APIs.<\/span> Knowledge
of Git and branching strategies.<\/span> Experience
optimizing Android applications for performance and responsiveness.<\/span> Familiarity
with accessibility standards and building accessible mobile experiences (a
plus).<\/span> <\/span><\/b> Preferred
Qualifications:<\/span><\/b> Experience
with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.<\/span> Understanding
of mobile architectures and emerging technologies.<\/span> Experience
mentoring junior engineers or providing technical guidance.<\/span> Cloud
