This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer in the United States.

We are seeking a technically skilled Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation systems that streamline internal operations and reduce manual work. In this role, you will develop scalable end-to-end workflows, integrate AI-powered solutions for classification, summarization, and decision-making, and ensure data quality across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and product management, to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve efficiency. This position demands a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and independent problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and RPA tools.
  • Rapidly prototype automation solutions to evaluate feasibility and deliver insights through iterative build cycles.
  • Integrate APIs and leverage structured data to enrich process logic, connect platforms, and extend automation capabilities.
  • Build and optimize workflows between CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other internal tools.
  • Normalize, transform, and move structured data (e.g., JSON, XML) to ensure accurate handoffs and outputs.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, configuration changes, and upgrades to support future automation needs.
  • Validate and test solutions, establish logging and error alert mechanisms, and ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Document processes, maintain technical documentation, and manage the full lifecycle of automation solutions.



Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in automation, process improvement, business operations, or systems enablement roles.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce, and integrating them with automation workflows.
  • Experience leveraging AI, including LLMs and AI APIs, for intelligent decision-making, summarization, or classification.
  • Strong technical skills with structured data, APIs, workflow orchestration, and error handling.
  • Familiarity with databases and basic SQL, modern web technologies (HTML, CSS), and CLI scripting.
  • Ability to act as a Product Owner for automations, managing full lifecycle from development to iteration and maintenance.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Knowledge of browser automation frameworks like Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium.
  • Exposure to workflow observability, logging, or monitoring tools.
  • Advanced scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python.
