Property Law – Senior Associate

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals

• Run complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion

• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including new/renewal leases and 1954 Act applications

• Draft and review infrastructure and property-related construction documentation

• Deliver efficient, business-focused legal solutions to clients

• Collaborate with colleagues on substantial, high-value transactions

• Support department growth through exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)

• Proven experience in freehold/leasehold transactions and landlord/tenant matters

• Strong technical skills in infrastructure and construction documentation

• Excellent client relationship management and commercial awareness

• Ability to handle complex transactions independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with business development and client portfolio growth

• Familiarity with a wide range of commercial sectors
