Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals
Run complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including new/renewal leases and 1954 Act applications
Draft and review infrastructure and property-related construction documentation
Deliver efficient, business-focused legal solutions to clients
Collaborate with colleagues on substantial, high-value transactions
Support department growth through exceptional client service
Essential:
Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
Proven experience in freehold/leasehold transactions and landlord/tenant matters
Strong technical skills in infrastructure and construction documentation
Excellent client relationship management and commercial awareness
Ability to handle complex transactions independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience with business development and client portfolio growth
Familiarity with a wide range of commercial sectors
Competitive salary: £60,000–£75,000 (DOE)
