A Legal 500 recognised firm, offering a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our Northampton office. We are looking for individuals with a range of experience from 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level.

The Opportunity

This is a role where your voice will be heard, offering genuine scope for a challenging but supported career. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, incorporating both contentious and non -contentious work for employer clients, handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, and providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Diverse Caseload<\/b>: Handle a wide range of employment matters, including Settlement Agreements, M&A support, and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
    <\/li>
  • Advisory Role<\/b>: Provide strategic advice on projects such as restructuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large -scale redundancy exercises.
    <\/li>
  • Boardroom Disputes<\/b>: Offer strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/Senior Management Team (SMT) disputes.
    <\/li>
  • Operational HR Matters<\/b>: Provide ad hoc advice on operational HR issues.
    <\/li>
  • Data Protection Compliance<\/b>: Assist clients with data protection compliance.
    <\/li>
  • Tribunal Representation<\/b>: Represent clients in employment tribunals.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    You will have the opportunity to work on projects in conjunction with the firm's Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams, most of which are recognized by Legal 500. You will also receive first -class support from our award -winning Marketing Team to assist with business development opportunities.

    • Experience<\/b>: 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level.

    • Independent Case Management<\/b>: Ability to handle their own caseload independently.
      <\/li>
    • Mentorship<\/b>: Can provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
      <\/li>
    • Strategic Thinking<\/b>: Ability to offer strategic advice on a variety of employment matters.
      <\/li>
    • Collaborative Spirit<\/b>: Enjoys working on collaborative projects with different teams.
